We also had a photographer the entire time and she took several dozen pictures. We got to feed the flamingos, go in the water with them, walk with them and pose for pictures.
The flamingos liked my son's hair and would preen him. We also opted to do the Flamingo Mingle which was very special encounter and so worth it. Everything was scheduled for us and the transitions between activities was seamless. It wasn't crowded and we could have done without the Cabana, but it made our day even more special. This gave us a dedicated host, a nice relaxing space to ourselves, all pictures were included, and a buoy delivery by a dolphin. We visited Discovery Cove in Dec 2023 and had an amazing time.
